Hosted by Ember Centre's Registered Clinical Counsellors, this unique outdoor experience blends therapeutic practices, attachment exploration, mindful play, and a restorative sound bath beneath the trees. Together, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and rediscover the healing that can happen through curiosity, creativity, and community.
