This Somatic Yoga series is a dedicated time to rest, reflect, or catch your breath. It’s a space to carve out time for yourself to unwind and recover from the week you just had, while getting prepared for the week ahead.
The session is a balance of movement and gentle stretching, breath-based practices, and restorative postures to help reset the nervous system. Sessions may include a sound bath, hot rocks, and sandbags to deepen relaxation and integration.
We have all the props you’ll need (mats, bolsters, blankets, and blocks), though you’re encouraged to bring your own if that adds to your sense of comfort and ease.
