My Approach

I am a warm, enthusiastic mentor who supports teens and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, and relational challenges. For over a decade, I have worked with youth with complex trauma, building meaningful connections through advocacy, education, and nature-based healing. My strengths-based approach centres self-compassion, safety, and connection—helping young people feel seen, supported, and empowered. As a certified Secondary School Teacher, I specialize in holistic education guided by Indigenous ways of knowing and being. I believe every young person holds a unique gift and walks alongside them with care and curiosity, helping them uncover their strengths. I am also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a focus on somatic movement and nervous system regulation. My yoga offerings are an invitation to land in the body, move energy, and build strength from within. I am passionate about using yoga as a tool for embodied healing alongside the incredible power of nature to help us heal and access our truest selves.
